Needed an inspection
Sticker after having my windshield replaced. Hadn't been there in years, after talking to Phil at the counter, he said maybe this afternoon. I mentioned that I lived in Wayne and was on my way home. He checked with service techs, they worked me in, between jobs. Very friendly people. Went out of their way to help a stranger.

I'm more impressed each time I go here. First stop was a simple wheelbarrow tire that they fixed for free. That convinced me to go back for tire replacement, servicing and other mechanical needs. I'm not mechanical at all so I always feel like I'm being swindled at a place like this - but not here. I trust these guys and don't plan to go anywhere else!

Don’t take your car here. I took it in today for an antifreeze service and a noise that was being made. They told me that my engine mounts were loose and needed replaced, then told me that it would be almost $700 to repair it. Absolutely not. I took the car to Sam’s club to get the tires checked for balance issues, and that ended up being the noise… problem. They checked to see if the engine mounts were loose and they were in completely fine shape. The diagnosis of my vehicle was completely wrong and they were trying to scam me out of my money. Having worked on rotary wing aircraft, My knowledge of mechanics is above average. Do a lot myself. But in situations where lifts are needed Tic toc tire is my goto location for vehicle maintenance and repair for simple reasons.
1) they are timely for normal repairs, upgrades or retrofits may require more time. But they understand the difference between needed conveyance and ownership enhancements. They do prioritize accordingly.
2) their shop fees are reasonable.
3) Tire prices are competitive and include road hazard, 4 wheel alignment and taxation. The price they quote is complete. No hidden

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
Took my vehicle in to be looked at for break pads (because there was a small noise and I wanted to be safe than sorry) - Tic Toc wanted to charge me $475 for repairs.
I took it to a different place for a second opinion (Clark's on 8th) and Clark's took me back to show me that my pads and EVERYTHING was in good shape. Clark's is the place to go.
Thankfully other places are honest.
Tic Toc is a rip off and dishonest.

Tic Toc Tire - Outstanding business, great employees, & these guys go out of their way to please their customers and free balance and tire rotation for life, who doesn't love that. Quick too, I got there at 11:35 on Saturday and they aligned the car and put 4 brand new tires on the car before they closed at noon! Will go back to them from here on out!!

When I moved here I needed tires. Shopped around and found this place. I'm very picky when it comes to cars and since then I've only taken my them here. I get my tires here, oil changed, and they fixed up the suspension on my Subaru. The customer service is top notch and they don't rake you over the coals like the stealerships. Thanks, guys!
