Thanks to the convenience of our online file transfer module, there's no need to make a special trip just to deliver a file. You can easily send a file from your computer in a matter of minutes. It's that easy. Be sure you have enough bleed with your crop marks. If you were working in RGB make sure it's converted to CMYK.

You can take advantage of discounted rates on printing, free local pick-up and delivery, complimentary quotes and estimates, and much more by opening a corporate account with The Copy Specialist. If a corporate account is not what you're looking for, there's still plenty of opportunity for savings.
Our Document Library system is designed to help you simplify the ordering process of items you order frequently. Anything and everything you need can be posted in a central location allowing access to everyone in your company to place orders. The whole team here is awesome! They did such a fabulous job on my wedding invitations and in a tight window. I super appreciated their help since I'm not an expert when it comes to printing—their recommendations were perfection! Delroy was especially helpful in getting everything printed and delivered to my office. I enjoyed working with them so much, I'm practically inventing reasons to get things printed.

The Copy Specialist is my go to for ANYTHING print related, and they are incredible especially for wedding stationary--which is highly overpriced in NYC. I did my save the dates and all stationary here and they quoted me a fantastic price and it turned out beautiful. Go with Analiese, you won't regret it.

I'm a graphic designer based out of the Flatiron neighborhood in Manhattan. I had to get a few large format presentation books produced for a client meeting and the Copy Specialists not only produced exactly what I needed (11x17 books / full bleed / double sided / trimmed and artfully bound) but they did it within 2 hours of my request! High-quality product, easy to work with staff (thanks Delroy) and a professional shop.

My fiance and I needed to get our custom invitations printed for our wedding. My fiance immediately thought of going through The Copy Specialist from previous work projects and we are very satisfied with their service. Tony was fast with communication answering all of our questions and he printed our invitation suite faster than we expected. On top of that, the price for all of our invitations was very reasonable. My better half and I were looking to print out some wedding invitations. My fiancée emailed Bryan and explained to him in detail about the printing material (the various paper sizes for each invite and paper type - which requires a print shoppe service). Bryan then replied with a quote which seemed rather reasonable for NYC, considering we were to provide the paper material.

Delroy was an absolute pleasure to work with. Came here a few months ago for my menus, place cards, and programs for my wedding. I had already designed them and needed them printed. Delroy was super helpful and personable. I had a mistake on one of my files and he re-printed with no extra charge. I have no other price comparisons as this was my first time getting a project of this size printed somewhere, but the quality was great and everything came out amazing so I'd say it was worth it. Would definitely come back in the future.

Tony M from The Copy Specialist did such an amazing job its almost beyond belief! His work was stellar on a request that was really bespoke and complex. He kept me updated along the way and let me know what the progress of my request was. Asking someone to turn a really old pdf into a beautiful book is no easy task and Tony M made it seem like it was nothing. Honestly, such tremendous work, turned around super quickly and highly affordable! Cannot say enough amazing things about the flexibility of doing Copy/Print jobs with The Copy Specialist if all the work is handled the same way Tony handled

Pretty high-prices for color copies. 55 cents a color copy. For 210 copies of a 2-page color document (420 total), it costs $231. No discounts? Do bulk ordering savings?
My old copy place in Berkeley (I know this is Manhattan so it's different--whatever) charged me 25 cents a copy--less than half of this price.
Sigh, NYC really is expensive. I guess you pay for location and speed.

These guys just saved me in a pinch!
I needed a last minute order of glossy-cardstock placards for a major event happening the next day. These guys came through in half the time and a fraction of the cost compared to any of the competition.
That would've been enough to sell me, but their customer service is top notch. Ask for Tony, he's the man!

What I like about this place is that they will test run for one copy and we have a chance to provide them a feedback -- sometimes, it came out too dark or light. They will adjust to your preference.

I've used The Copy Specialist several times for work related projects that are client facing. The turn around time has been exceptional and they are quick to respond via email.
Just today I emailed a PDF at 10AM and needed 8 copies made by Noon. In less than an hour they emailed me back and had the copies ready.
The quality of the product looks great too.
