Erik Brown, RKC, CSCS, is a registered Kettlebell instructor, and the spirited founder of Brown Fitness. Erik holds a B.A. in Exercise Science from the prestigious Texas Christian University, and has 22 years of experience in fitness training, with national certifications, inclusive of a designation as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, awarded by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Boot camps in Fort Worth can boost your energy and your spirits, but that doesn't mean they'll be a walk in the park. Most boot camps offer a grueling workout regimen that can be quite difficult. That doesn't mean that a boot camp isn't a great place for beginners. No matter what your level of fitness, the workout can make a dramatic improvement to your health.

I joined a 16-week fitness program at Brown Fitness 7 weeks ago and very pleased with my results so far. I hadn't worked out this hard in well over a decade and it is the best thing I've done in a long time. I'm already losing inches everywhere and my clothes are fitting loosely. I won't lie, it's a hard workout and you need to be disciplined to go at least 3x/week but it is well worth it and I am already in so much better shape than 7 weeks ago. Erik and Melissa are the best fitness coaches and every workout is different and works the whole body

They had an ad on Facebook, stating they were looking for 45 participants to commit to doing a variety of things such as working out 3 times a week, blah blah blah. BUT they were going to CHARGE the participants. So, when my friend asked how were they advertising that they were seeking "participants" yet charging these participants, they not only deleted her comments, but then disabled further comments. Doesn't sound like an ethical company to me.

I tried Brown Fitness out about 18 months ago and can't stop going. I started going initially to help compliment my running which had reached a plateau. After 9 months of Erik's boot camp training I improved on my personal best marathon by 17 minutes! I couldn't have done it without Brown Fitness. I go 3 days a week for 30-40 minutes a session and what is great is each workout is totally different and each time you go you get a full body workout. What can I say about Brown Fitness? It has literally transformed my life...Erik is an awesome instructor! He always keeps it fresh with new exercises and I always feel like im doing something different. I've been going for about 3 years and I would definitely recommend Brown Fitness to others. His exercises are only part of the benefits, there is also the nutrition side which is rare in a gym. I am the type of person that needs to be pushed while exercising and Erik does that.

I began training at Brown Fitness 8 months ago after being encouraged by my girlfriends reaction after only going for a few weeks. Erik's work with Kettlebell training is awesome and the sessions are always different. I took one of the many challenges offered and LOST 2" in my waist after only 10 days...Amazing!!
I have run marathons and was an avid cyclist before and thought is was in good shape but now I have more strength than ever and my fitness level is the best of my life. I always look forward to attending classes and hate when I have to miss one. Now I even go to

This place is great. I have tried all the big box places, the local gyms...tried it all. But this place is different--in a very good way. The workouts are fast paced and focused. Erik has a plan everyday to maximize the time spent there. The other people working out are friendly and are similarly focused on getting results but not spending hours in a gym. I really like the early morning workout. It allows me to get my day started out right. Also, Erik sends out very informative emails with tips on how to gain (and maintain) a healthy lifestyle. Thumbs up for this place.

I have had great results with Erik Brown at Brown Fitness. At Brown Fitness, they use the latest and most effective training methods to allow you to maximize the time that you put into your workout. Erik Brown at Brown Fitness is definitely the topic around the water cooler. He truly is the latest and greatest in Bootcamp Fitness. Great results are a given if you follow his work-out plan and "stay smart about what you eat." I look forward to each and every class at this Fort Worth gym.
