Had a flat tire and a bad lug wrench, AAA kept us waiting for over four hours and failed to help us, so we started calling local places. A woman here answered the phone and said they didn't fix flats - weird but ok - but when we asked her if she knew of anyone else we could call she said no. Really? You're a local business owner and don't know who else we could call, and it's late at night and we're stranded. Thanks!

Tow dolly blew a tire on Massachusetts turnpike. They took it to their shop and replaced the tire. It was late afternoon when it was ready and my next rv park was 3 hours away. That would have me looking for the park and parking after dark. I asked them if I could spend the night in their parking lot and the owner said yes. What a weight off my back. Thank you for your kindness.

Best towing service in Tri-state area. I've been doing business with RW's for 15 years. When I need one of my trucks transported I call RW. They are very professional and have the best equipment in the service.

Originally gave this place a 5 star. I understand they are busy today and stressed, but no one should ever be spoken to the way I just was by any employee. EVER. Trust me that I know stress, and everyone has bad days, but this "office manager" lady Scott could not have been more short (pun intended), stark or rude! I was nothing but friendly and encouraging with him on the phone; he is the essence of unprofessionalism and worse yet, the product of horrible parenting. Never again will I visit their dirty and overpriced shop. STAY AWAY

Great place for light work on passenger vehicles and inspections however they should really consider investing in some larger equipment if the want to be in the heavy truck recovery business. No reason a highway should be obstructed for 6 hours to right a tractor trailer. Hacks!

These folks are great! Flat tire. Prompt tow. Great service. Clean and friendly atmosphere while I waited. They were busy but got me in and on my way.

Car broke down. Reasonable tow charges and repair costs. Wish they advertised better. When the car broke down called rentals in the area, to get back home. Google rentals in the area. Went 20 miles to the next town to get a car to find when I returned the next day to get my car I saw the signs that they rent cars. I would have been better if the tow truck operator mentioned WE RENT CARS.. So I wouldn't HITCHHIKE TO THE NEXT TOWN. But he didn't

Fantastic. Friendly staff. I was not aware that they are a full service garage. Always thought of them as a truck service. So when I was looking for a place to get my annual car inspection it was a pleasant surprise. They got me in and out faster than any other place I have been to in the past.

In the midst of this covid virus, this place wouldn't inspect my car. not because i was sick. i've been quarantined in lee for 3 weeks. they actually tokd me they wouldn't inspect my car because i am from ny. i say fu!

After having a negative experience getting my car inspected at another auto company, I thought it would be better to get it inspected again. I brought my older Mercedes here for its' Massachusetts state inspection, and had a quick and easy experience.

When I arrived on a Saturday morning, there were 5 cars ahead of me waiting for inspection, which seemed like it would take a long time. However, the line moved along quickly. The mechanic who did the inspection was understanding of my older car, and was efficient.

Would definitely return, and recommend to others.

Absolutly amazing. My car broke down in Lee. I brought my car here, and he was super busy. Even still, he got my car into the shop within a half hour of being there. He charged me substantially less than he should of for my service. I would recommend this place to anyone.

As a former resident of Lee, MA I can't say enough great things about this business. They are not only fair in pricing but honest above all else. I was single at the time (after a divorce) and they always took care of me and my daughter. They are a such a great business and wonderful and caring people!!!

I would award them 100 stars if I could. After a breakdown on the Mass Pike, we managed to make it to RW's. Scott and staff were wonderful! Everyone there was pleasant, helpful and when I got my bill, I found out that they are also fair.

I used these guys because my car died on the Mass Pike. Through AAA they came for me and drove me back to the shop. Since it was closed, I had to go back to Boston and expected to hear from them the next day at 9:00 am. With the car smoking and inoperable, I expected to be taken for a pricing ride.

As promised the call came at 9:15. The woman on the other end of the phone wanted to know if I minded that they had already performed the work and that the car was ready. Sticker shock coming......$28.50. That's right, she could have told me I needed a new transmission, but to my surprise
