Dr. Phan is the best she goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is so gentle, no.pain what's so ever. She talks to you through the whole procedure. I will never go anywhere. Phan-tastic dentist! I was in search of a dentist for an emergency tooth extraction on a Saturday morning. Thinking i wouldn't have any luck, I called LDA and I immediately had an appointment with Dr. Phan that morning. I usually have bad anxiety attacks at any kind of doctors office, hospitals, dentist visits, etc... Her office is cozy and serene, which set me at ease. She, and her associates were very professional and they never made me feel bad about any lack in dental care. What blew me away was how nonchalant she was during the procedure. Before going to lotus dental I truly thought my teeth were so bad off I would need to get implants. For the majority of my life I had horrible experiences with dentists and I honestly hated them and always felt ashamed after going to one. Lotus dental and Dr Phan changed that for me from the moment I stepped into the door I was welcomed almost like I was family and treated with respect and understanding and on top of that lotus has the newest innovations in dental care. I have always had a bad experience with dentist...I can say this is a great place and great experience. I felt zero pain while getting a wisdom tooth pulled out. I didn’t even feel her numb the area. The staff was very friendly, and so was she. Can’t say enough about this place, will have my wife start going here.
