They seem knowledgeable and nice enough, but my issue is with the misrepresentation of their pricing. I called to ask about dental for my dog. They said $250, but I needed a mandatory pre op visit. I'm okay with that. But after that fee and the visit, the estimate for dental (without x-rays or blood work to determine if any teeth needed to be removed) was really $419. Yes, the cleaning was $225, but they add $95 for anesthesia, more for meds. The estimate also says, "It does not include any treatments that may be deemed necessary upon examination and commencement of the included

Kenneth B was right...horrible service! Airheads answering calls? We made an appointment for a new puppy Wednesday and given appointment for today. They called yesterday to confirm appointment for today, no problem. At no point did anyone say their lobby is closed on Fridays and Friday appointments are for drop offs ONLY?!? Two missed opportunities for them to tell us this and neither of the airheads I spoke with could provide an explanation? What I got was..." I'm sorry "?

Staff is not responsive to your needs. Pricing is high especially 3 times higher than target or Costco. You make an appointment they keep you outside because of COVID protocol. When you call and try get prescription they ask you to come in person. I didn't feel any friendliness from staff. And issues that my pet is going through is still continuing even though vet was insisting on doing blood work was useless at the end. Money trap! I am disappointed.

I love this vet place so close to my house. They do a great job at taking care of my doggie Roxy. I've never had a problem or issue with them. They are the best vet place my doggie comes home happy leaving there. She just has a teeth cleaning and they did such a great job they even cut her nails. I was going to make an appointment for that. The doctors and staff are really nice and informative. Thanks so much for caring for my doggie. I also have a new cat so starting to take my cat there. Thanks so much for all you guys do.

Nothing but great service.
This is our local Vet & we've taken Luna here for all her puppy shots, the receptionist girl is super friendly & helpful.
I called because one of dogs needed a last minute Vet check up & even tho they didn't have any appointment available she suggested me to come in for a walk in & i was helped within an hour .

Took my good boy here yesterday (07/30/21) and when I called in to check in, the female at the front desk placed me on hold. I remained on hold for 5 minutes until I was finally disconnected. All while she was busy chatting with another employee, as I stood in front of their office, waiting to be helped. When I went to pick up my good boy, I had the exact same experience and it became clear that I wasn't the only one that had the same issue. An elderly lady didn't even get her call answered. My senior pit-lab had an aggressive & extremely large mast tumor taken out of his shoulder at this hospital about 2 weeks ago. Even with all the covid precautions, his pre, during, and post surgery appointments went smoothly. Dr. Park was able to excise all the tumor and close the incision securely. His surgery wounds are now recovering nicely with no further complications. Thank you so much Dr Park, Dr Lee (I believe that's the other Vet's name), and all EVH staff for the wonderful care. Our family truly appreciates it

I have a new fur baby(a yorkie puppy) and After looking at several other places found this Veterinarian on Yelp. I am very happy so far with the services the receptionist and technicians are Very good and thorough. You can tell they all Love animals. They doctor is very patient and he takes his time to speak with you and answer any questions you make have. They have an app for scheduling appointments. They are in a convenient location and even in the pandemic we are in right now, everything is operating seamlessly and Great care is takin for the animals and the fur parents. The prices are reasonable

Dr. Park is so compassionate with our pets. Takes the time to explain what's necessary for you pets health. I Recently had to euthanize one of my fur babies and he helped in guiding me to find the right time for my aging dog. When the time came,l he made us feel comfortable and explained the procedure. Everyone in his office was compassionate about our loss.Highly recommend his services.

I highly recommend this hospital. My dog had to have an eye surgery. The staff was patient, helped answer all our questions regarding this important surgery to our family. They did a follow up two weeks later and gave the best care and service to our dog. Our dog was in a great hands with the doctor and did a nice job with the surgery.

I’ve been to so many vets in Mira Loma, trying to find one I connected with....Dr. Park at Eastvale is the one!! Gets down on the floor with my dogs, obviously has a connection with the 4 legged critters....talks to ME in a way that I can comprehend....hate it when vets treat me like I don’t know what’s going on with my dog...the receptionist and vet techs are also wonderful, helpful and friendly.
