I have been frequenting Budget Transmission
for a few years now for my 11 year old car. Excellent service and reasonable rates each time from oil changes to new transmission. I would just like to say that my experience with Budget was an exceptional one they kept me informed on the service being done to to my vehicle.
When the owner Sammy came to pick up my vehicle he was very friendly, caring, and understanding as to what my vehicle might need. I definately will go back to have my oil changes and any other service my vehicle may need🙂

I feel so bad for the customers that go to this repair facility. I had a very bad experience and have filed a complaint with the DMV and the BBB. I am not going to go into detail but my situation is the same as every negative review.
Also will be filing a police report. Also the Department of Consumer protection has been notified of in licensed mechanics. Sammy start doing the right thing. First off by telling the truth and firing you incompetent and rude staff.

STAY AWAY!!! It took Budget Transmission 6 different times to fix my transmission right. I was very disappointed with my entire Budget experience and they still cant finish the problem they dont have the experience want to charge money that they didnt fix nothing customers be aware before u bring it here BBB needs to take action here and get theese people off the map !!!!! they deserve no STARS there rating is a 0 please read and choose a difrent place TRUST ME !!! if you dont listen to me see all the complaints they have !!!! not proffessional

My experiences at Budget Transmissions Center was professional and knowledgeable. They worked on my truck and then they showed me what was wrong with it. Which I knew what was wrong with it already. They found other problems with my truck that I didn't share but they found it. This is why I say they are knowledgeable. The owner and the workers are very helpful, patient, and polite. So if you need your vehicles check. This is the place to get it checked first. And if not you can visit Budget Car Wash next to Budget Transmissions Center and get your vehicle wash. They even have gift cards and membership

Vehicle took almost 3 weeks to “repair” however was returned running worse than when it was taken in. Miscommunication between owner and receptionist caused another delay in service. Original issue of battery light and air cleaning oil pan for possible leaks wasn’t even addressed until I had to remind them about it when they called to tell me the vehicle was ready for pickup. This added an additional week to the process. They told me they’d knock off the tax and an hour of labor charge because they kept the vehicle foe so long. I get it back just to find out the exhaust pipe wasn’t reattached

I give this place 5 stars. From their knowledge to the customer service everything was great. Walking into the office you automatically feel welcome and talking to the team members, you feel comfortable with trusting them with your car. A lot of mechanics put pressure on you and you feel like you are going to be scammed but I do not get that feeling with Budget. I got a tune up done on my car and they got it done in an hour and my car feels so much better than it did. Thank you so much guys, you’re doing excellent and I’m definitely returning :)
