Vickie Royal and the entire staff provided me great customer service. Vickie went above and beyond to ensure that I received great customer service after an issue I had with the Montgomery Gibson Tire on Atlanta Hwy.

The experience today at Gipsons in Prattville, Alabama was outstanding!! Patrick did an outstanding job in customer service and provided me with feedback on some issues with my daughter's vehicle that needed to be addressed. Took our car there last year to see Why it was Getting hot and dying stopped at intersection and they said after they had it a day that they couldn't fix it and wouldn't work on it because it was old and the CPU wasn't for that car so they couldn't pull the info from it. They just said to drive it till it dies. I will never take any of my cars there again. I wouldn't recomend them. Plus they charged 300. For looking at it and replacing the belts with very cheap ones.

I took my car in for an alignment using a first-time customer coupon. They did exactly what I requested, offered some advice on a problem that was outside their area of expertise, and had me out the door in under an hour.
I have a white car and my first stop after nearly every service visit is to a car wash to remove the greasy hand prints. Somehow, their technicians managed to avoid leaning on my car! Will definitely use them again.

I've figured for a long time that you saved money when you bought tires online. I finally got smart enough to actually do the math. I think at best I would've saved $4, but then I would have needed to load them up and haul them to the tire store for mounting and balancing (you have to pay someone to do that in case you're not figuring that into your prices). I would rather pay someone 4 bucks to do the hauling for me.
