Decided to take my business elsewhere after being with these guys for several years. Reason is because they had me set up to pay for insurance on an apartment I moved out of over two years ago. Once I finally realized, they made zero effort to correct this mistake even though they told me they show proof of a call I made to let them know I was moving and would no longer need the insurance for that address. Claiming I never updated them with my new address. However I’ve been receiving my mail from them and all new insurance cards for vehicles directly to my new address. I called and sent an email
