With the recent CDC announcements regarding vaccinated individuals and mask wearing, we have decided to return to our normal open office operating procedures which include the following changes. Reichley Insurance was established in 1946 by P.A. "Perk" Reichley in Crooksville, OH (Perry County) in south central Ohio when he purchased a small insurance agency that was operated on the 2nd floor of the local bank building. He moved his family to Xenia, Ohio in 1951 when he acquired the agency owned by I. W. Clouse who had operated his agency in Xenia from 1930 and moved it to 1143 N Detroit Street in Xenia.

Insurance (and taxes) are generally not a favorite topic for most people - and that definitely includes me. However, since I've been working with Reichley Insurance and my agent - Liz - it's actually been enjoyable. My experience over the last few years have always been handled professionally and quickly. Recently, I caused my own problems but, I still turned to Liz to help me get things sorted out and with her help, recovered some funding for my organization - that was a win all around. You have to have insurance - might as well make it a good experience and I'm very happy with Reichley Insurance

We have always received great personalized attention and customer service. No automated communications or long waits for service. Also, we appreciate that there has never been high pressure sales talk but rather helpful information about all the options, which allows us to make sensible decisions for our particular needs. The staff at Reichley Insurance are professional, friendly and very helpful. As my boys got their licenses Mr. Reichley took the time to sit with each of them and talk about how auto insurance works and what they should do if they ever get in an accident. He also gives out his personal number so you can call him directly if you are in an accident after office hours. When my rates went up this company went above and beyond to find us lower rates. I highly recommend Reichley Insurance.

Perk and his team are the best insurance company I have ever dealt with over the 37 years by far !! I am not normally a person that leaves reviews but they deserve 5++ stars. They are out for my best interest and they take all the time I need. Perk has a lot of wisdom and is extremely high integrity. I highly recommend!!!
