Dave at HCE was great to work with; he agreed to a consultation on short notice for a potential purchase of a home on stilts in John's Landing Nov2020. David came out to our site, did his deal with a walk through, we paid him a $500 Cashiers check deposit (He never gave us any paperwork), and he disappeared! We have been waiting for 6 weeks and this clown is yet to produce anything we can call an estimate. He stated that he had some other customers contact him (bigger contract probably) and that he would get us an estimate soon... that was like 2 weeks ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT WORK WITH DAVID! I would have given this company NO STARS, but the program they're using won't allow it. I will come back with a follow up review if
