The food was great but the service was not good. The bartender was scrutinizing me over my ID, a New Jersey ID... its a newer design and apparently she doesn't know what the licenses look like in the state she works in. Very unprofessional. She said to me, "I'm going to let you keep this, but I don't think it's real." OF COURSE you're going to let me keep it, a bartender cannot take someone's ID from them... real or fake. I really hope she isn't taking peoples property whenever she wants.

I think that this place is a bit overhyped. I have been to Addams multiple times, one being last March (2021) for my birthday. We had a total of 8 people and they made us sit at two separate tables like 3 feet away from eachother. I understand that it is COVID but that didn't make any sense. I was upset because I felt like we all couldn't communicate well being at two different tables..

When reserving my dinner, I had put that I had a gluten and dairy allergy. Fast forward to the night of, my boyfriend and I had a server by the name of Joey. He was a bit hasty. Addams Tavern, a perfect local place with an atmosphere to match. Modern decor with exposed ceilings, ductwork and lighting. The ideal place for whatever you're in the mood for, whether it's drinks, brunch, a salad or a nice romantic date! The staff and service here is awesome. They offer a seasonal menu and are up to times with the farm to table. Definitely try their wood grilled avocado toast and burrata for appetizers. Their selection of burgers and salads is on point. Came here for dinner. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We had the cheddar biscuits to start which were good and the maple butter was amazing. The rotisserie chicken with the sweet potato purée was very good and apparently the burger was excellent. Very unique cocktail list. The server also brought complimentary ice cream for the birthdays. Adams Tavern is still on my favorite places to go in Westfield.
My wife and I recently did the night at Adams Tavern, and we got to meet their new general manager Molly. We live right up the street so we like to know the people that work at Adams Tavern another one in the restaurant, because we go there often and they become like family.
After another amazing meal add Adams Tavern... I highly recommend trying their fall fashioned which is a fall take on an old-fashioned... we got to talk to Molly and hear her story and how excited she is to be as part of the harvest family.

Today was my first time eating at this establishment. Everything was amazing. My friend and I went to celebrate her birthday. We enjoyed bottled wine service, the tuna tartar, we both ordered the seasonal Dutch… Country Rotisserie Chicken, I cannot even begin to express the decadent flavors. She then enjoyed an ice cream treat adorned with a candle to celebrate her special day. I will absolutely be returning to this fine dining establishment. Thank you Megan and the staff of Addams Tavern for a glorious afternoon.

The atmosphere and service were superb as well as every dish we had. We celebrated 2 family birthdays here and all 6 of us enjoyed the wood grilled avocado toast and burrata appetizers. The waitress overheard that there were birthdays and brought out 2 small cakes for them with candles. Nice extra touch!

Caroline is incredible. She was our waitress and she's seriously the best. Go there just to have her as your waitress. She's lovely. The food was really good - all of the appetizers are delicious and the meal items are great. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting though a bit loud. My only complaint was the dessert. We came here tonight for my birthday and I was looking forward to the dessert for my celebration. I remember the dessert being much better in the past. Fantastic! We went for our Anniversary, and everything about the place is special. The staff was polite, friendly and funny. The food was delicious, After we ordered 3 appetizers, I wasn't able to finish my main. I ordered ribs, and they are the best i can remember ever having. So one Saturday I ordered the halibut and it was actually soft and tender. Ordered it again on a Monday and it was a rock. I didn't eat it.
Ordered the Rotisserie chicken. For this past week, it's been bloody on the inside and tastes off, like smelly and bad by itself. So am I supposed to eat it together with the mashed potatoes to drown out the stink?
Is chicken supposed to smell bad???

Loved everything about this restaurant. Brought my kids for Saturday Brunch. The service was great, our waitress showed us any Addams Family art work which is mainly upstairs. The space is beautiful and family friendly and the meal was absolutely delicious. Drinks were equally delicious & I cannot wait to go back again for dinner!

Here's the deal: love this place ! Atmosphere was wonderful! Great spot for date night or a meeting for dinner with friends. The Tuna tartar & the Buratta apps were delicious! Where do I even begin, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive while also being warm and welcoming. The drinks were perfectly crafted. Exactly as expected. Not to sweet or off the flavor mark; hit the mark perfectly. The food came out perfectly timed and was prepared to perfection, we ordered multiple sides and apps and requested that they come out at different times and they staff didn't miss a beat. Everything was perfectly done. You won't regret a visit to the tavern!

The vibe here is everything. The moody lighting and decor is spot on. The food presentation matches the decor, I just wish the tastes and flavor profile matched as well. The food was good I just expected more. A little heavy handed on the salt on our crab cake, the shaved brussel sprouts were missing an acid and again heavy on the salt. The wings were good. The burger was an average burger. The standout was the salted caramel pretzel brownies with ice cream. I wish the menu had a few more options, especially for brunch.
