She was harassing my daughter for another $20,000+ for more than a year after she quit without settling anything. She was already paid over $30,000 for nothing.
She deserves to be disbarred and a complaint was filed with the Bar in California.

Hollie is a sad excuse for a human being. She can't handle a simple divorce case and charges way more than what she's worth. She's rude and takes advantage of people in their time of need. She's a liar and a thief. Then once she swindles you out of a lot of money and quits your case because is incompetent she has the audacity to try and get more money out of you. Hopefully she never gets divorced or she's going to be SCREWED because she's so ignorant she would lose her own case! I'm not sure how she sleeps at night knowing she's a terrible person. Please

There are no words to express how thankful I am to Hollow Lemkin. Her vast knowledge of the law and overall experience allowed me to make choices that were in the best interest of my 3 children. If you want the "Mike Tyson" of attorney's in your corner, someone to fight for you and not take any crap, then Hollie Lemkin is your person!!! My ex-wife came after me for alimony and more child support. My ex had me believing all these things and amounts that were totally false. Once I hired Hollie, she got right to work and dispelled all the BS that I was being fed. Her confidence in my case made my sleepless nights go away. And when it came time to go to court, my ex wife attorney didn't stand a chance. I got everything I wanted and more. Now I have closure and can move

I can't say enough about Hollie Lemkin and how she handled my child custody case. Hollie not only dispelled a huge amount of misconceptions regarding child custody, she fought hard to be sure I got equal time with my son. My ex-wife had brainwashed me making me think I had no rights and tried a lot of unsubstantiated allegations against me that Hollie got ironed out. If you want a real attorney with teeth, expert knowledge in Family Law and court experience, I would highly recommended her. Not only does she go out of her way to make things work in your favor, she does it quickly.
Lolita had been referred to me by my old employer for a second DUI and then a third and I have retained her several times since. I wouldn't go with any other attorney besides her. She is trustworthy and loyal.
For example, I had a different male attorney I retained for $2500 for a sentence modification and another citation I had. Every case is different of course, but the first lawyer not only did nothing once he was paid; he never did anything

Do NOT hire this attorney. She is a rip off and incompetent at that. She ripped me and my family off. She said the proceedings I initially hired her for was only going to be 5k and it ended up being 50k. I got nothing and actually ended up in a worse position than before I hired her.

She took care of my case very professionally, Returned all my calls when i needed to speak with her. My case had some serious charges and she got most either reduced or dropped completely. I moved out of state before my case was closed but she took care of all the court dates and all the paper work i needed to give the courts while i was out of the state . I am less than impressed with the services provided to me by purported family law attorney, Hollie Lemkin. In my opinion, Ms.Lemkin took great advantage of me during her rather brief representation of me in my still pending divorce matter. In fact, just 4-days before a court hearing to address child support and spousal support issues, Ms. Lemkin undertook measures to be dismissed as my attorney.
