Rear Differential Seal repair was done wrong, resulting in damages they, so far, have not covered despite efforts to obtain reimbursement. The repair FAILED (over-torqued the seal and broke the 'crush-tube' causing shavings off the differential). The failure resulted in damages+cooked-on-oil underneath a Collectors immaculately maintained car, a lost summer month getting the convertible car re-repaired and other inconveniencing expenses (i.e., for time and getting to/from repair shops) BEWARE their Napa Warranty only reimburses cost of the original repair, not damages. Despite two attorney letters

We had a breakdown on the way to Nashville this past weekend for a guys trip and had to be towed to Absolute. They were very accommodating and so helpful from the time we broke down to getting towed and fixed we were back on the road in 2 hours! I have used Absolute Auto Repair several times for car repairs. They are very dependable and great to work with. Every time they have got back with me in a day or two, told me what was wrong with the vehicle and what it will cost. If parts are available I can count on getting the car back that day or the next. They are also good about calling and letting you know the car is ready. Good guys there!!
