Our office is conveniently located on the north side of Fort Wayne, in the Dawson's Creek business park, off of Dupont Road, near the Parkview Family YMCA.
We are extremely proud of our highly qualified staff members! We have four full time employees and two part time employees. Three of our full time employees are Partners in the firm and all three partners are certified public accountants. Our full time office manager has seventeen years of tax experience.
Our firm specializes in the accounting, bookkeeping, and tax needs of small business owners. Our CPA's currently partner with close to three hundred businesses and this has allowed our CPA's to develop a great deal of expertise dealing with the issues that face small business owners. Each business works with one specific CPA; that allows our CPA's to learn a great deal about our clients which in turn allows us to better assist our clients!

My wife and I began working with Brent Bracht, CPA after we moved to Fort Wayne in late 2019.We moved from California and were faced with preparation of two state plus federal returns, plus the complications of a relocation. We had typically prepared our own returns, but due to the relocation, tax law changes, etc., decided we needed professional help. We have been a client for many years. We owned a business and decided to sell. Mike worked with our attorney and in a short time the business was sold with no problems. A good CPA is an advisor who looks to help minimize tax consequences and help your business profitability.
SBS is not a good business partner. I worked with SBS for a number of years, and was overcharged continuously and paid far too much in both taxes and accounting fees.
They will bill you for busy work, and fight you on your legitimate deductions. They even went so far as to change expenses into income costing me tax dollars.
I wouldn't recommend them for any reason.
