Connecting Steps Counseling is a small, collaborative group practice providing services to adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families. Our unique office is designed to provide a calm, safe environment for our clients to engage with their therapist. Connecting Steps Counseling, therapists understand people face many challenges throughout their lives that can be difficult to navigate.
These challenges may include depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting challenges, career transitions, and everyday personal growth. We aim to help guide you in building individualized strategies, personal resilience, and coping skills to ensure you are successfully facing those challenges.

I believe it is the client who decides the therapeutic path and as in life, no two people will experience the same path in therapy. Every client's treatment is designed for them based on their needs and place in life.
I utilize different treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing Techniques, Strength-Based and Narrative to help each client build on their strengths, strategies and build a healthy path forward.I have had the pleasure to work with clients as young as 7 to as old as 65.

You have up to 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel without incurring a fee. If you cancel your appointment less than 24-hours or simply do not show for your scheduled appointment a fee of $80 will be billed and sent to you.
