When we needed help handling inquiries from potential clients, we chose Alert to be our outside call center. Our experience with other call centers was not great and we were skeptical at first. But Alert was highly recommended so we took the leap and our experience has been excellent. Alert is one of the most responsive and professional call centers (especially our primary contact Farrokh) we have encountered and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for these services.

Our office has been using Alert for a few months now, and we have found them to be incredibly valuable and so much better for afterhours communication for our incoming calls. Farrokh, especially, is always prompt to respond to our needs, courteous, and quickly resolves any issues or changes we have. They provide emails and SMS messages of all calls that come in, and it has been so easy to keep track of our leads, afterhours or whenever we happen to need our calls to be forwarded over to them. Highly recommend their services.

We have really been enjoying having Alert as our after hours service. The operators are polite and professional, they follow our protocol, and are quick to make any adjustments when we need them. We have used two other answering services before finding Alert and Alerts product and customer service far exceeds the others. It is a bit more expensive but well worth the cost. One of the best parts about working with Alert is our customer service rep, Farrokh. He is incredibly quick to respond when I have a question or need to make an adjustment.
