We took our car in for a blown spark problem.
Literally when someone picked up the car for us it turned off on them on the middle of the road. The mirror adjuster for the side the piece was hanging off with the wires dangling. We checked the invoice and they charged us the blown spark. Yet they charged us for “fixing” the ignition. Something we never discussed for them to touch and never called us to see if they can they touch it. They charged us for that. And on top of that the ignition was still the same. The spark plug they supposedly “fixed” literally did the same thing. Not only did

Oh my goodness, Integrity Automotive!! I have so much (good!) to say about this godsend of a place! We had to have a transmission replaced 3 hours into our 2,000 mile drive home. Thankfully we broke down near La Grande and Integrity Automotive was recommended to us. I mean… for real, there absolutely couldn’t have been a more perfect place to have the necessary repairs done. When I say necessary repairs, I’m talking MAJOR mechanical work done…. an ENTIRE transmission had to be replaced. Everyone was amazing! Simply, perfectly amazing! We called as soon as they opened and they were quick to help. Being from out of town and passing through, this was a huge plus. They gave us a bit of a priority so we could be on our way. Once we were towed there they got the part in less than an hour for our 1989 Chevy RV. They were honest, quick and very nice. If we breakdown again, we hope it is close to them.

Yesterday when we where climbing the blue mountains our van died. We got it started again and going. This morning we stopped in at this shop. They were great. Talked to us about the issue. Gave us great advise and we are on the road again. I would highly recomend them to anybody that needs work done on there rigs in the area.

Went in for an oil change which was done. They sent out a bogus text of the things they checked with the oil change. They made it look good checking all the boxes but they did not physically inspect what they checked off. What caught my attention first was the mark on heater worked , it hasn’t worked for a year! Then it was down hill from there when i started double checking things. I would prefer they would say they didn’t check things so i would know it needed checked! If my wife was traveling for work and they said things where checked and they weren’t, who knows where she could of broke

So's I had been go'in to Integrity for awhile now, couple years give or take. At first it seemed they took care of my jalopys. The last few months gave me pause for concern. Everytime I go in for one thing, when I pick up the ride they say some version of, "oh by the way", this other thing is broken and needs repair" Once, sure, that could happen, But many times in a row, seems unusual to me.

Well I think the name of this place kinda says it all! We broke down in La Grande,drove into Ford dealership,& they said they could fix it for $700plus,Huh? Husband called around and found Mike@ Integrity and said bring it over a.s.a.p.I can do it for $287.Mike hooked us up & put us back on the road,the following day! Mike & his staff were the best!! Proves there are still honest mechanics out there, thanks Integrity Automotive you made our trip have a happy ending!!!

Well, I have nothing but good things to say about Mike and his team! They saved my Wife while she was up visiting family in her 2009 Audi A4 2.0 Quattro. I'm typically the one to service our vehicle (as I am the lead technician at Lamborghini Las Vegas). Needless to say on her 1200 mile trip the alternator decided to take a crap and left her stranded at Moy's. She managed to get the car there after a jump start and they had us back up on the road within two days! Fortunately for me, I get to see my wife this weekend now and the A4 is all happy.
