I started at MaxQ a little over 3 years ago. I had just turned 60 and decided that I needed to build muscle to get through life stronger. I had lifted weights 30 some years earlier and so I was aware of how I would feel. At that time though, I worked out 1 hr or so 5 days a week. The results were very good and VERY inferior to the results I've achieved with MaxQ Fitness. I lost quite a bit of weight very fast. Faster than expected. And as before, I figured I would put some of the weight back on. But 3 yrs later, eating a slightly modified diet, and working out 15 minutes each week, has been crazy

Bob with MaxQ Fitness has been working with me for about 2 years.
