My wife and I had the opportunity to talk with Smithy Telusnord a couple of times while getting quotes on our new home. Even though the rates ended up high, I would clearly say that Smithy was the most personable and friendliest Insurance Rep we spoke to. His follow up was outstanding. We felt bad about not going with this group, he can't change the rates.
