All complex jobs are outsourced to Blue Frog printing in Hayward. Save the yourselves the fees of this terrible middle man, support a local business that cares about their workers. Hostile and demeaning work environment by all accounts, they have temp workers denied a any benifits baked into the equation, their business model is taking advantage of a vulnerable sector of society and calling it charity. Avoid Social Imprints!

I chose this company because to purchase some promotional items for the non profit I work for because I liked their mission. Unfortunately my experience has been fairly poor. Their response time for communication is very slow. I often had to follow up more than once to get a response. They sent me the wrong item, not once, but twice! I ended up with 2 boxes of products I did not want/order. Recently I decided to give them a second try and requested a sample of an item. Their response was "we will see if we have one around the office". I followed up a week later and they said they would

I experienced nothing but awful service from this company. I submitted my quote twice on their website over a few weeks and received no response from them. Then they sent me an advertisement to my email. So I responded stating that they obviously received my inquiry for a quote, since they were utilizing my email address. I got a response requesting the information for my print job, which I sent again. I have received no correspondence since then, and that was over a month ago. I will be taking my business elsewhere; not going to bother with a company that cannot respond to its potential

Printing quality and turnaround time were great, if pricier than other options. What makes this a 2-star review is that this company sells your contact info, so if you use them you will be receiving junk mail until kingdom come.
How do I know this? I had Social Imprints send the t-shirts to my home address. I've never used my home address for anything else related to the nonprofit I had the shirts ordered for. (I don't even work there--I'm just a volunteer.) Now I get all this crap mail from Comcast Business and Uline and such addressed to [my name] c/o [nonprofit name]: exactly

Highly reccommend this company they are a local socially conscious small business that has a great attention to detail. I had a very rushed order and hed to make a lot of changes to the order that I placed and there was always someone answering the phones and making prompt changes and my order got here a day before the quote had said!

My co-founder and I are visiting from Australia and contacted Social Imprints for a print order on VERY short notice. Kevin and his team were so accommodating, polite and finished the order with plenty of time to spare. They were very quick to respond to emails, which was wonderful.

Over the last eight months I have worked with Social Imprints on multiple different printing jobs. I was originally attracted to Social Imprints by their socially responsible business structure, yet I found that it was the quality and speed that kept me returning to them with work. I also found it quite easy to build a relationship with them - both Kevin and Daniel have been excellent to work with.

I wanted to like this company, because of their social mission. I wanted to use them to make t-shirts for my nonprofit group. I wouldn't have minded if they just told me they couldn't do it, at the right price, within my time frame. Instead, they told me they could make the shirts at a competitive price, but they just delayed at getting back to me, until when they finally did the price quote was very high because they didn't have the shirts in stock and would have to air ship them. I wish they hadn't wasted a couple of days and a weekend figuring this out.

I've run several orders with Kevin and his team and have been absolutely pleased with each. Social Imprints continues to give the quality, assurance on a speedy delivery, and creative input to let me know how an order can be even better.
They're a busy bunch, too - working on many orders at a time - but I've always felt that when I'm on their docket, I'm their most important client. Good feeling to have when your dealing with a massive order.

I hired Kevin to print some tees for me and my family to appear on the Price Is Right. (Very small order, I know. Social Imprints specializes in mass production) He did it for me anyway! And not only that, Kevin helped me with a catchy slogan and selecting colors that do well on camera! He really knew his stuff. He had the shirts done in less than 48 hrs. My family was very impressed with me for once in a long time!
The employees are charismatic and charming. You will miss them after the business transaction is complete.
