My dog has been here a few times for routine needs. I called today and purchased a sedative over the phone for my dog to fly tomorrow. It was charged to my card on my account. I told the person I spoke to that I could not get there by 4 but to please leave it outside for me. She said she would, but I am here and there is nothing outside. I also didn’t get a call informing me they are leaving. I assume they forgot. I drove an hour to get here and I’m flying to a funeral tomorrow at 8am. There is no after hours phone number. If you need something after 5 or on Sundays they just give you

LaShaun is a really great addition to the Larchmont Animal Clinic. When I brought my dog in for a vaccine booster shot, there had been a miscommunication during my previous visit regarding the bill. LaShaun took me aside to discuss the matter, seeing an opportunity to understand the miscommunication to prevent it from happening in the future. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism in which LaShaun handled the matter.

This is the best clinic that truly rises to the level of a best hospital visit. The staff are caring and incredibly nice. The doctors are wonderful. I would not trust just anyone with the care and love of my little guy. Every dime I pay for his health and happiness is worth it here. I could never say enough good things about these wonderful people and the professionalism and compassion they demonstrate.

Although I live in the area, I still travel way out of the way to avoid this store. This is my 3rd time giving it a try and I won’t be back! While the store serves its purpose and has a great selection of dog food and treats, I didn’t appreciate the staff standing at the isle the entire time I shopped. It was as if I was being followed or rushed or both and it was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, as soon as I paid for my items the manager who had been watching me the entire time went back to her office. WEIRD The store is small and the staff should have the common sense to not do this
