She has also worked as an Employment Assistance Specialist with the Regional Job Support Network, where she aided TANF recipients with seeking and maintaining employment. Additionally, Mrs. Hill has combined experience of over fifteen years in case management with the Department of Social Services, Peninsula Institute of Community Health (PICH, Healthcare for the Homeless) and the Hampton - Newport News Community Services Board.
