Services
Our services include individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, family counseling and group therapy. We offer drug and alcohol assessments, and treatment for addictions, anger, depression, relationship and family problems. Aetna Employee Assistance Program (EAP): serves LRMC, Polk County Schools, City of Lakeland, many city and state offices.
Relationship Builders is Andy Quinn and Susan Truett. Like you, we have each suffered major personal challenges. We have responded by working hard for healing and happiness, and have achieved good measures of both. This hard work has collectively included individual and group therapy, twelve-step programs, meditation practice, and retreats of up to 10 days.

I used to see Ms. Truett years ago.
She is very compassionate and understanding. I was having a crisis and had no one to turn to. I was living in a different state and reached out to her. She was there to comfort me and took the time to talk with me. I was going through something which affected me as a child and at the time. Still today I struggle to cope. Ms. Truett genuinely cares about people and it shows. Thank you for your kindness. I appreciate you for listening and being there when I needed to talk. I would definitely recommend anyone needing help to her practice.

Hands down, one of the best counselors I've ever worked with. She genuinely cares about her patients well-being and is consistent with her treatment. She's incredibly open-minded and as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, THAT is super important to me. I don't know where I'd be if I didn't find her. I HIGHLY recommend Susan for couples and individuals alike. There's really no one quite like her in Lakeland.
