I can't say enough of how disgusted I am by this dealership! From the financing department-Carrie who financed my car with chase bank? and didn't even attempt to finance it through BMW at a better interest rate, then sold me 6k worth of unnecessary warranties! I've been trying to get the cancelled policies returned to the finances since cancelling them in June. Only one cancellation has been returned. I'm having to constantly chase them down and am given every excuse in the book being told it's been sent when my finance company hasn't received it and are shocked themselves

They don't want to work on anything too complicated or challenging.
How do those Yankees do it? I never had trouble getting my exhaust worked on back in New Hampshire.
Apparently the shop manager decided that there was some sort of potential liability working on my Nissan pickup exhaust because nuts, bolts and flanges were rusted together. He therefore decided they could not do the work.
Fine. Taylor Muffler in Taylor Texas can take my money instead.
This isn't the first time either. First time I took my truck to them, they decided they couldn't work on it because somebody else installed

ABSOLUTELY love these people!!! ANY time I have needed help they didn't LIE to me. They were sooooooo honest that they EVEN pulled a "Miracle on 34th Street" moment by suggesting I go somewhere else for the help I needed, which they couldn't provide. THIS is what keeps me going back!!! Will NEVER take my Juke anywhere else for servicing.

This place used to be awesome and I would have always given it 5 stars. Today I arrived and was checked in by a female advisor and Brian who is my normal advisor. It was a cordial exchange and they confirmed that I was looking for a conventional oil change. Brian told the female advisor that conventional would be just fine. Unbeknownst to myself when I reschedulded my appointment they assigned me to an older gentleman who ended up being very pushy. While waiting in the lobby this gentleman approached me with a clipboard in hand. He gave me an estimate of recommended services that totaled $694 which

Wouldn't buy a tricycle from these guys or any dealership with Garlyn Shelton on the sign. Online salesperson told my daughter one price and the salesperson at the dealership charges a different amount. This was my daughters first time to buy a car on her own and the whole experience left her distraught. They wouldn't even talk about making it right. When I asked to talk to the owner you would have thought I asked for an audience with the king. They refused to allow me a talk with Shelton. Never trust a place of business that the owner won't talk to customers.

My wife and I went to 6 dealerships and this was the only place where they showed us vehicles in our price range. The other 5 dealerships all tried to sell us vehicles out of our price range along with monthly payments that would bury us ALIVE.

Bought a 2012 Versa and the process was pleasant enough but service was a bit lacking. One oil change and later a transmission service went OK but slow. Seems their service facility is a bit small for the customer base, must wait several days to get in.
Problem came with airbag related recall. Got letter in May called and said parts need to be ordered, no call received. Called in July and again in September same story and no call from them either time. Had a very pleasant experience here working with our salesman EJ and his management. I called and spoke with the manager prior to coming in. My mom had her heart set on a maxima. They did not have the color she wanted, but we quickly agreed on price and they had her new car at their dealership within 4 hours. The finance manager was great. No pressure. Brought a certified used car have had it 2 months . Break have gone off , windows leak when it rains. Asked if anything is covered under the 100000 mile warranty was told no. Yet on my paper work said brakes were in good condition. Never will i buy one from them again they will lie to sale a car. Last one back windows only worked for two weeks before they went out. Should not have given them a second chance.

It was all good buying the car but getting it delivered to my home in Liberty, MO seemed to be a problem. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem getting it delivered by December 19th. I purchased the vehicle on December 7th. I knew my work would be finished and I would be home on the 19th. Here it is December 22nd and still no car. Trying to get tracking info was harder than pulling teeth. I didn't seem to be that important to them after the sale.

Bought a new 2008 Nissan at Garylyn Shelton. I turned in a 2004 Dodge Ram Pickup, the Texas Edition with the hemi. Beautiful truck. It had 16,000 miles on it. The company got a GREAT DEAL. The people were nice but my only complaint was when the young salesman asked me how I did it. I said how did I do what? He said how did you turn the milage back? I told him I didn't turn the milage back. He then went to the manager, who then asked me the same question. I then told them I will go somewhere else to buy a vehicle. These folks make car buying a joy! Never thought I could say that about a car dealership or salesperson. I've bought two cars from them and sent several people their way, who have all come back praising the way they were treated. No pushy sales person, just people who care. Robbie Shadburn, the general sales manager, sets the tone for the sales staff. Also their service department is great. (What little I've had to use them!) Basically I'm only in there for oil changes but the few times I have had to have a repair, they are courteous, and knowledgeable.
