Absolutely the most amazing, honest, and reliable! We broke down in Belton while traveling with horses and trailer. This guy took us on a Sunday afternoon and went WAY beyond expectations to get us good information, repairs, and back on the road with confidence. We highly recommend him for any auto issues!!!!!

So I went in to get my headlight changed on my 2006 Toyota Prius which I thought was an easy fix. One of the guys in the office came to check my car and said it'd be $150 to change the headlight since apparently you can't change a Prius's headlight without taking off the entire bumper. Honestly he didn't seem like he wanted to help me at all as soon as I stepped into the office and sounded pretty dismissive when he checked my car out. Great friendly service here. My family and I were passing through town and had a blowout on our trailer. We stopped across the street from M&B Auto Repair to change the tire only to find out our spare was flat. We pulled across to M&B Auto Repair and he got our tire aired up and we were back on the road in minutes. He was so helpful and we were so thankful for his help!

M & B is the ONLY place to take your auto repairs in Central Texas! My entire family and I have used them at least over 10 years, possibly 15 years! Not only are they knowledgeable about auto repair, they also are great people! If you can't find someone trustworthy, call them! If you need someone who can fix your ride for a great cost, call them! If your neighbor down the street can't get their car started, offer to call M & B for them!

As a young woman I worry continuously about being taken advantage of by auto mechanics. I know a little about cars, but am nowhere near a mechanic's level! So when I was half an hour from home, and my car began to shudder as my check engine light went on, I was really concerned. I went into this auto shop praying they could squeeze me in. Not only did they put my car up almost immediately, but the whole process was COMPLETELY transparent. They showed me the old part, what was wrong with it, and told me the price before they did any replacing. They even tossed in an oil change! Nicest guys

This shop is beyond great! My car broke down on the highway and I do not live in the area they worked me in and fixed my car at a very reasonable price. Can not say how nice and the great service they provided to get me back on the road. I would recommend them a 1000% to anyone who needs a vehicle checked out.

We took a family road trip at the end of May 2019 from Seattle, WA to Belton. On the last leg of our trip down, the transfer case decided to go out in our Suburban and we ended up limping into Belton. Since this was our only way home, we had limited options that didn't leave us stranded in Belton. I also didn't want to spend our entire 5 days in Belton worrying or working on our car when we were there to visit family. Rick took over and put my worry at ease. He was able to fit us in on short notice and get us up and running with a new transfer case in one day, meaning we could enjoy

Had a bunch of things done to my car that cost around $700. Most of it just regular maintenance which included a transmission service. They had my car all day and when I picked it up, my shifter was hard to put in drive and park and also made a horrible noise when doing so. I took it back and they had to take my gear shift console apart to fix it. I was told that when doing a transmission service the mechanic had to go through all the gears and probably caused this. My issue was, why wasn't it noticed before I picked up my car. They never did get it to shift like it did originally, but

Just had my 1982 Mercedes worked on. The ac didn't work, and blew hot air all the time. Took it several places, was told they would have to rebuild. M&B said they would give me an estimate. Call back, great price I could afford. They finished in one day, I couldn't have asked for better service. I now have cool air in my super cool car! Thank You M&B! I will be back, and recommend to anyone who will listen!

Brought my Ram 3500 and my wife's minivan in for some service / repairs. Work was done promptly and within their quoted price. Ron, was excellent to deal with. Great having a local mechanic you can trust.

If I had to describe M & B in one word it would be honest. If I had two words I would say super honest. I had a problem with my car and they checked it out. They told me they believed the problem was covered by a special coverage at GM. I told them I already checked but they gave me more info. The problem was resolved free of charge by GM even though the vehicle had over 100,000 miles. It isn't often someone passes on profit to help an individual. Awesome, honest and fast. These folks worked on my Duramax and could have charged me an arm and a leg. They were honest and treated me right. They will work on my stuff from now on. Why can't I give them six stars???

Their prices are good and they only recommend what you actually need. They'll be honest and say what's an actual urgent fix and what can wait.

I normally take my vehicles here and yes I have spent a lot of money depending on the problem. I think they do good work and also guarantee their work if something is wrong. I will continue to go back to M&B If I have any problems. A very good shop.

Bottom Line: I will never return and will warn all others I know to be ware of this repair shop.
Their Failings: Blatant lying about needed repairs to pad their bottom line - $1500 repair not the actual $200 for parts and labor.
Overtly sexist comments to my wife (women not being allowed to keep the checkbook)
Disrespectful attitudes on behalf of employees.

Did they fix my car? Yes. They also rummaged through my car. I'm in the process of moving to a new house, so I had a car full of my belongings. My passenger floor board was full of clothes and my back pack. There was also a bag of random stuff on my seat that had been opened. Everything was turned over and obviously someone went through it. My back pack had a bag of sour patch kids in it. Those somehow ended up on my seat. I'm glad my car works, but I feel like this isn't right.

This guy was awesome. It was Friday afternoon at 4:15 and we had a tire bust. The guy there personally patched us up (after their closing hours) and gave us a ride back to the truck. Even more, we weren't charged at all. Great guy and a great business!

LOVE this place! I had a wheel and tire that needed to be replaced quick. They ordered the parts needed, had me drop off my car at 8am the next morning, and everything was done within 2 hours. As a person who is clueless about cars, I felt so well cared for and knew that they only had my best interest at heart. I will only go here from now on with any car issues I may have in the future.

I had a horrible experience at a different mechanic (Jones' in Belton). That experience made me doubt and lose faith in ALL mechanics. After that, I tried a mobile mechanic....my recommendation - NEVER use a mobile mechanic unless you have no other option. Could've just been the guy I had but...

Anyway, after all that I tried M & B. I will not bring my car anywhere else now. These guys have restored my faith in honest mechanics who know what they're doing.
