We contracted with SOS in June 2020, right in the heart of our COVID operations shutdown. Our previous copy machine contracts expired and we needed to replace our equipment. Not only did SOS give us a quote almost 1/3 of what we were paying, they delivered the new machines and set them up seemlessly with cooperation of our IT vendor. They removed the old machines and stored them at no cost until our old vendor sent the return authorization information. This took months. Their staff, more specifically Osiris, Yvonne, and Julio, are a cut above the rest in terms of customer service. My staff has been dealing with other representatives more frequently than myself although I apologize if I had missed anyone. We had a few copiers in the office that needed servicing. Past the warranty period and I personally did not want to deal with the manufacturer, a large Japanese company. I should note we did not have a service contract, though I was considering getting one.

- We made an appointment at a set time, and the technician arrived late. No notice was given.
- The price was sort of reasonable but there was some padding of the bill. Among the things they charge for ( in addition to the hourly fee) is a transportation fee of a some 40 or so dollars, despite the fact that the tech took the subway ( they admitted

I just worked with this company to replace my copy machine for my office. Steve Cialino was onsite to service the upgrade and he was the most helpful service man. He was patience with our IT department when they needed to reset our passwords, etc in order to regain access to our server. Great job! I would highly recommend and rehire him for the job! It was super easy and took 1,2,3.

This company is great. The company I work for has been using them for years. Very fast and friendly service. I requested service and they were able to get someone out to us same day.
