As a home seller your service will begin with meeting one of our professional Brokers face to face at your home. Together we will discuss your specific wants, needs, and goals. Because of our extensive knowledge of your neighborhood, we will also provide you with a free Market Analysis of your home plus give suggestions on staging, repairs, and ideas on things you can do to sell for a higher price.
If you haven't experienced it before, the home loan process can feel overwhelming, but our agents will help you stay informed throughout the process, from pre-approval to closing. The first thing to do is consult with a mortgage specialist (or two).
