I’ve used Bob Kaiser since i was 16 and continuously go back if i have car troubles. Every time there is a problem, i go to them and i don’t even ask for a price anymore because as all as they have been is honest with me every time i have been there and i know that when they do repair the problem, i won’t have to take the car back. i repeatedly go back for oil changes and have them check things over to make sure everything is fine. Recently i haven’t been going as much because i haven’t been using my car and have started a business so have been using work vehicles which are serviced by

***After seeing my review Bob called to address what happened. He was very professional and kind. My recall issue is being taken care of by the dealership but I greatly appreciate how Bob handled this situation.**
Brought my car in because it was stalling out. Three days later I was charged $240 for recharging my AC, was told NOTHING was wrong with the engine. My car broke down the same day on the way to work. Found out from Google there was a recall issue, not sure why a mechanic couldn't figure that out. I'll never go back.

I have been a satisfied customer for over four years now. Everyone is pleasant from Kevin at the counter to all their service technicians. I can make my appointment and wait for my vehicle to be serviced and I have never waited for more than hour. Mr. and Mrs. Kaiser are wonderful people to deal with. Bob Kaiser Repair is wonderful. I was referred by my daughter who uses them regularly. Had two cars inspected two days in a row. One that is soon to go to the junk yard, and the other I just bought as a replacement vehicle. The mechanic did a great job inspecting both vehicles and Kevin, the tech writer, was very helpful in explaining to me the findings. I waited for both vehicles each time. They began the work at the appointed time and were very efficient in completing the inspection and returning the cars to me so I could be on my way.

I have always had a positive experience at Bob Kaiser's repair. Everything from having an oil change to a windshield replaced to alternators, starters, suspension and alignment. I've had it all done there. Their service is complete. The owner is an honest man doing honest work. The shop has always done what's right for me. Of course it costs money to fix cars and it's not cheap to maintain a vehicle. Bob Kaiser's prices are reasonable. They have gone out of their way to provide second hand parts at my request if it was safe and in my best interest. I highly recommend this repair shop, you will
