Noticed that our engine was overheating during an already particularly rough week, and our heat had stopped working. Coolant was bone dry. We figured that we probably needed a radiator replacement and cringed at the fact that it would most likely be expensive. So we started calling around on a Saturday afternoon to find out what our options were. Scott is an amazing ,honest man , does a honest work and is great at it. Doesnt ever steer me wrong, and even took time out of his day once to help answer some questions i had and had always been great prices. Very disappointed. I took car in for state inspection. Appointment was set for 8am. They never got to my car until 5pm, at which time they said that they had found a problem and would have to keep the car. Once again, the next day I did not get a call all day until I finally called them. At that time they said they had to keep the car and would "try" and get to it in the morning. I finally heard from these people the next day. Three days for an inspection, $322!! (They had never even called to give me updates and estimates of cost.) Funny thing is, one of the "problems" was

Of all the different places I've been to in Brockport, this place by far took care of my car the best. They understand that a large majority of their clients are college students who might not be able to pay for large repairs so they explain what is wrong with the car and ALL of the options available, not just the ones that will make the most money for the shop. I've even had them tell me that I should find junkyard pieces because the only options they could find were extremely overpriced.
