I went right in at appointment time so there was no long wait. Staff is professional but friendly. They gave me treatment options but were not insistent that it had to be done immediately. I felt like a participant in developing my treatment plan. I highly recommend South Knox Dental to anyone who wants personalized service and who wants to be remembered the next time you go in.

Had my first appointment a few days ago and it went great. Everyone is so nice and made the trip to the dentist fun. They present the home town dental office. They make you feel more like a part of the family instead of just another patient. Dr Gloria Serrano gave the best and most thorough exam I have ever had and made sure all my teeth, gums, and jaw were ok. If this sounds like what you want definitely give them a call.

Staff tech savvy, sending texts to confirm attendance. Everyone is very professional and makes patients feel at ease.
They also familiarized themselves with my ins plan which was good.
My hygienist is so good I would take a good cleaning over a massage. It is s relaxing!!!
Would recommend this group of providers.

I just left South Knoxville Dental & I’m so PLEASED! I worked there 46 years with Dr. Freeman & he could not have left his practice to more caring & professional people! Jennifer is awesome, Dr. Serrano was thorough & very personable, the ladies are So friendly and I have gotten to meet Dr. Foncea before. I have taken good care of my teeth & dental insurance just isn’t a consideration - would much rather have these “new friends” who REALLY CARE about my dental needs! JUDY AULT 🙏🥰🙏
