Having an insurance company that is local, and knows the community is a huge benefit. Being able to call for any reason and talk to the same person is a value you don’t get with internet insurance companies. No wait time, no call center answering service. Honest, hard working people that you can put a face with is priceless.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
This agent's office has called me multiple times trying to get my business. I have told them I'm not interested in a quote and asked to be removed from their list but they persist. I have no desire to do business with an agent whose office does things like that.

As a German who has only lived in Canton, TX for a short time, I am very pleased with Sarah Clayton - State Farm Insurance. Although not the cheapest insurance, everything runs very well and quickly. The hail damage to my house was paid accurately and very quickly to my policy terms. The staff is very courteous and also happy to help if there are any questions. Only to recommend.

I wasn’t searching for new insurance when I first received a call from Sarah Claytons office but Jamie was so nice and the price was good so I made the switch. I am glad we did. Life has had many challenges in the last year and Sarah has taken extra measures to ensure we were taken care of down to the smallest helpful thing like sending paperwork we had lost to sign and send back for an added discount.
