Services
At Optimum Care Counseling and Wellness Servicices, or OCCWS, our staff of trained professionals will provide a safe and comfortable environment for our clients in which to explore their feelings, thoughts, and emotions about their struggles--relationships, poor self esteem, feelings of sadness or hopelessness, life obstacles, addiction, grief, illness--as well as any other problems, internal or external.
Collaborate with the client's treatment team to develop an individualized treatment plan using empirically-validated interventions. Track behavioral progress and make data-driven modifications as needed. Perform other related duties such as staff training, participating in team meetings, etc. Must have reliable transportation and willingness to work in homes, schools and/or communities of individuals living in Lehigh and/or Berks County.

Never even made it to an appointment. I contacted my insurance company to get names and numbers and this was one of those names and numbers. I called and explained this and was immediately told that I need to let the insurance company know that they owe them a lot of money and they should know that. I am not a representative foe the insurance company!!!! Don’t take your anger and frustration out on me!!!! I called you for HELP and you were rude and unprofessional and I will contact the BBB.

I have been seeing Dr.Laurent for about 6 months now. And I can say its been the best 6 months of my life. I have had up and downs in my life during this time but Dr.Laurent has been able to help me see through all of them. I say its been the best 6 month because she has provided me insight into what I didn’t know I felt and has uncovered the root of some of my issues. This facility has been kind enough to work around my schedule which I can imagine not being easy with the pandemic. I highly recommend for anyone looking for self improvement.
