During this time I realized I was covering up a deep depression, and began meditating to cope and heal. I obtained a masters degree in Design and returned to the states a few years later, on a quest to find higher purpose. The healing path chose me, as sometimes our pain becomes our purpose.
Taking a deep dive into the world of the Healing Arts, I sought wisdom from spiritual teachers and nature, attended educational workshops/courses, and immersed myself in meditation; re-opening my intuitive gifts and clairsenses, gifts I had pushed away for most of my adult life.I moved to Austin and discovered the art of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki.

Discovery and compassion are always at the forefront of our session. Blending Eastern and Western practices, I love helping people drop into their bodies and out of their minds. Everyone's needs are different, and my goal is to hone in on your unique anatomical structure, getting to the root of your tension or pain.
Reiki is an energetic practice involving the channeling and delivery of universal life force energy, an animate energy found everywhere and all around us. The word Reiki literally translates to "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki promotes deep healing, stress reduction and relaxation. As an energetic practice that does not require touch, Reiki is a practical and peaceful way to work through blocks and stagnant energetic buildup.
Everything in the Universe is electromagnetic energy vibrating at different frequencies, including our bodies. Sound baths harness the power of sound waves to normalize imbalances and synchronize our cell's frequencies back to their healthy state of vibrational resonance. This is a transformative healing experience for those seeking deep relaxation and energetic integration.

Kitty is a gem! Not only is she a beautiful woman in and out, she is also very talented in so many ways. She is trained in a lot of different modalities and has knowledge about all sorts of things that people are looking for to help them heal. I personally came to Kitty with very stiff shoulders. This woman has a gift-she channels an amazing amount of healing energy. Some people have some of it and she just has more. Whatever ails you will be improved and your vibration raised if she works on you. My sleep was improved and inflammation reduced. To say Kitty is a healer is an understatement. I don’t know how I would have gotten through my first few months in Austin without her. She is pure magic. Kitty's massage was transcendent. I rode the line between conscious and unconscious the whole time. And when I finally came out of it, I felt refreshed and energized. The entire experience was unbelievable. Kitty asked about the areas of focus and did a great job addressing them. The visit was an experience, way beyond your basic therapeutic massage. Kitty also applies sound healing through various singing bowels and energetic healing by use of Reiki. The entire experience let’s me feeling grounded, energized, blissful, grateful, and for me life changing. I highly recommend Kitty if you are looking to heal your physical body AND energetic body. I got a combination of different modalities for my massage with Kitty, including myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish and even some reiki. I visited Kitty Mars for bodywork and energy aliment. The session was fantastic; she listened very carefully and focused on my concerns and the energy issues I was facing. I have been practicing and receiving Reiki for the past 6 years and I have to say, Kitty is quite the gifted healer.
