Pet insurance pays, partly or in total, for veterinary treatment of the insured person's ill or injured pet. Some policies will pay out when the pet dies, or if it is lost or stolen. As veterinary medicine is increasingly employing expensive medical techniques and drugs, and owners have higher expectations for their pet's health care and standard of living than previously, the market for pet insurance has increased.

I was trying to find a good vet in my area to help my dog with his allergies. My experience started beautifully. The front desk lady was very accommodating. But then the vet tech came along. She was very cold. She showed me the incorrect bill i owed then acted like "whoops". When I went to pay i was in shock thinking there was a mistake. Well there was a mistake and it was the vet tech's fault. She acted like it was no big deal and rushed away. Thank God for the Angel at the front desk for standing up for what's right. I still wasn't happy when i left but at least i could stop crying.

I was shown so much love and compassion when the discussion of putting my dog down first occurred months ago. This past weekend I had to put her down and everyone one showed us an enormous amount of love even when they carried her away. I thank them very much❤️

We were a walk-in and they took us in right away. Very friendly and we could tell everyone working loved animals. The Doctor was very informative and answered all our questions even gave my Ferocious a couple of cans of food to take home. My dog had a bad cough and had to stay several days, they took very good care of him and my dogs cough has subsided after treatment. Awesome place

I have to praise all the people at the pet vet on Midway. During this trying time our country is in now they took the time to listen to me explain what was wrong with my cat. Even though they aren't taking walk in's they worked me in and treated my cat. If it hadn't been for them seeing her I may not have her with me today. I am so very thankful that they helped her. Worth every penny if your pet is a member of your family the way Miss Kitty is to ours. Thank you so much.

Staff are friendly and attentive. It's obvious they love the animals and family that bring them in. The vet is caring and knowledgeable. He is warm and friendly, giving the necessary information so you can make a good decision regarding your pet's care. The only reason I am not giving a 5- star rating is that the place is dirty. There were tufts of hair everywhere and the floors were visibly soiled with dirt.

My pup has been going here since I got him at 3 mos old. I like the combination of the Vet service and the grooming service in the same place. Very happy with the medical team and the groomer and my pup is very excited to go there which says a lot. He can’t get in the door fast enough. They also refer to a 24 hour emergency Vet when they are closed which is comforting.
