I have been a client for 18 years, and have allowed this group of veterinarians to treat 4 of our dogs. I will acknowledge we have moved care of our newest babies elsewhere, due to the decline in their customer service, but our oldest has a complicated health history, so made sense to keep him with his original primary care provider. Everyone at this clinic has bad days, they've all made mistakes, and prior to our most recent visit they would acknowledge their mistakes, apologize and make it right, even when their misdiagnosis contributed to the premature death of one of our dogs, we still forgave

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and they care about our pets. The wait time on the particular day we were there was long and as a result our animals were tramatized by the noise and commotion in the lobby (there not used too other animals). By the way this is not normal activity and we have been going there for several years and will continue to do so.
