Tom Ooten was recommended to us for our mortgage broker when we were buying a house. Tom was professional, easy to work with and always answered our calls or called us back in a timely manner. This is not always the case in doing business today.
We had just come to Florida and Tom was on the other side of the state so we did most everything by texting, email, and document scanner. Tom did things quick and efficiently. We wanted to close fast and Tom was right on it. There were many things we had to do but we were able to close in 25 days.

My wife and I have been renting for 5 years and in those five years we have moved every year starting fresh every single new year.
I finally said enough was enough I met Tom and let’s just say the whole buying a home process from start to finish only took me 2 months. He walked us through every single detail he also advised us on what the best way to go was and really took the pressure off my wife and I and fought for us when it really mattered.
