In my experience they are pretty honest. Not just trying to get the most money out of you as possible by telling you things you don’t need. My first time there I asked them to do all this stuff to my car and they came back to me telling me I only needed something a fraction of the price and my car was fixed. Convenient location for me as well.

Tough to find a mechanic that makes you feel comfortable and not suspicious of what they want to replace on your car, after 4-5 visits they have more than earned our trust, we certainly hope it continues. Each visit has been a pleasant surprise when hearing the results of our inspections, noisy wheel(not the bearings), flat repaired(instead of trying to sell 2 or 4 tires), etc... They really seem to make an effort for those of us with older vehicles, and don't tack on un-necessary repairs.

I can't believe I never left a review for Boyko. When we lived in Emmaus, we started going to Boyko shortly after he opened in Vera Cruz. Then we followed him to Main St in Emmaus because he's honest and does good work. There is a reason he started out in a smaller shop in Vera Cruz and then moved to a bigger shop. He has had to of made a lot of customers happy besides us to grow his business over the years. What 10 years maybe he's been around? I've had so many used cars brought to him including friend's cars from out of town. I vouched for Chris and he did a good

I had taken my car to Boyko for several years. I TRUSTED him. I took both my cars there for service.. He said I needed a new timing belt - quoted me a price of $580 - total price came to about $870. He had the car the whole day 9/14/16 -- picked it up around 4:30 -- drove it home (about 3 blocks) and car started buckling and almost stalling out. Turned around in my driveway and took it back -- told him to fix it and I'd pick it up next day. Called about an hour later THAT SAME NITE and said it was fixed -- that a hose wasn't connected. Picked it up NEXT day after work, drove it

Great customer service! Engine light came on at 8pm on the night before a big trip. Friend recommended I call them and they were able to squeeze me in to a busy schedule and quickly help me determine that issue was just due to it being very cold out. On top of that, they discovered and swapped out my burnt out lighter fuse for free! Didn't have to delay my trip!!

I've been coming to this location for many years. Before Boyko it was Britts Tire and Battery. I was worried when it changed hands because soooo many shops rip you off during the yearly inspection. The new owner is great. Boyko has always been honest and fair and given me good advice on maintaining my cars AND saving money. This place exceeds my expectations. Highly recommended.
