Connie was excellent and extremely thorough in reviewing the initial work scope with me. She not only kept me abreast of status of my appointment, she also kept in contact after diagnostic work was completed. The additional work recommended was relayed to me by phone and we agreed on a final work scope. There was never any pressure to do the additional work. The printout of all work completed and the recommended additional work scope for my information was excellent. Really appreciate the time and effort that went into this document.

Requested an appointment after installing coilovers on my 2019 golf Alltrack. The Volkswagen dealership refused to do an alignment on the vehicle, so was recommended to check out this team. Dropped the car off a day early, and mid day the following day I got a call saying the alignment was complete and everything went smoothly. Picked the car up and drove 50 minutes home. Ride home was smooth, steering wheel was straight, and vehicle did not wander in any direction. Highly recommended for alignments, and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks!

Got a mailer about introductory service offer with a great price for oil change and inspection and being new to the area needed a good shop for my 2009 Audi A4, with 60K miles. Schearer's service was great! Easy drop off in their nice service center office and very helpful in answering questions about parts availability.
