I believe that life can be a roller coaster, one minute it feels that you've got everything under control, and a minute later it feels as if your juggling too many tasks at hand. You start feeling overwhelmed, and it almost feels like everything is falling apart.
You might be experiencing life changes like changes in schools/universities or choosing/changing careers. You might be getting married or ending a marriage. You find yourself feeling lost at times; not having confidence, and feeling unworthy. You may be asking yourself "will I be able to do it?" You feel your anxiety has been through the roof.
As trauma comes in different forms and shapes, its symptoms also come in different forms and shapes. If you have experienced trauma then you might. You may have struggled as a child with being a victim of bullying; or you may have migrated to the States and felt different than the rest of your classmates.
You might be living life jumping from one task to the other and feeling guilty for not having motivation for creativity. You may feel as if every day is a repeated cycle of things to do or roles to be involved in. The responsibilities you have on your shoulder keep getting heaver and heaver. Despite all efforts of staying on the surface.

At the end of the day, you feel as if you are out of battery and have no time for yourself to be recharged. You feel very stressed; the moment you decide to sit and relax something comes up.
