Therapy can help you find joy and leave problems behind. It is an opportunity to reprocess experiences an opportunity to adopt other perspectives, use new skills to manage your world in a way that makes life easier. We will explore the most beneficial and efficient path to deal with the challenging situation in your life.
Choosing a time to meditate daily also programs your mind and body to focus on the breath when it is time to do so. If it is difficult to stop thinking about what you must do during the day, do a list or write in your calendar all your activities for the day. Your mind will know that you have already began to take care of that task and you can now relax and let it go.
Even though anxiety is a normal human emotion. Sometimes people feel highly anxious or nervous and this causes such distress that interferes with a person's ability to function. They may experience problems at work, difficulties taking a test or making an important decision. When worry and fear are constant, overwhelming, they can be crippling.
Communicating your ideas, thoughts and desires is an art that only few of us have mastered. Many of us came from homes where communication included: screaming, demanding, getting angry or giving silent treatment. These methods become our way of communication that later become what is known as emotional blackmail.

I'm the person that things first impressions are a must. This lady won't be a perfect fit. Just the fact of making an appointment with her is tough enough. If you tell her that you need a specific time she will tell you "No I don't have that time available" in a rude tone and moment of silence. Rather than trying to accommodate by telling me when she DOES have the date and time available. Good luck to those who want her as your therapist.
