Ordered takeout this evening. Typically Kazumi is higher priced but you can expect good quality. Unfortunately that was not the case. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. My wife ordered udon noodles which typically has a lot of vegetables. This time onions and a small sliver of chicken was all that was in the box.
Price is way to high for the quality of food presented. If this is indication for the future this restaurant is on its way out.

We ordered for pickup some sushi and a General Tso meal. The General Tso was great. The Sushi seemed old (not fresh). Was disappointed with service. We ask for extra soy and wasabi. Also I ask for chop sticks for four. She assured me it was all in the bag. Left her a 10% tip (remember it was takeout) when I got home 25 minutes later. There was no extra sauces and only one set of sticks. It also was a little pricey so I Won't be going back.

A fun time with family and friends! Good food and entertainment, exactly what you expect for hibachi. When we went the group we sat with had a birthday but opted out of their free fried ice cream dessert so our server asked if we wanted it- super nice!

Service was terrible!!!!! Beer was cold but that was about the only thing good. For one, the food was not distributed evenly. It wasn't even close!! We got nothing but burnt scraps and it was greasy and gross. The other people left with so much food, they needed 2 to-go boxes per person. Good I hope they get sick on the food. My husband can eat anything, could not eat this food is was so over cooked and soaking in grease. The cook was a total idiot. I can't tell you how many times I had to tell him what I was getting. We are in the middle of a pandemic and they are seating strangers at our hibachi table. How is it covid safe to have people outside of my household without masks eating, drinking, and talking at my table? My family and I used to come here all the time but they lost our business by being unsafe and unaccommodating.

We've been here twice in the past few weeks and both times we've had the best service in our history of coming here for years. The food is always outstanding, whether you do hibachi or regular dining. My only complaint is the overwhelming smell of excessive use of bleach on everything. I get it, they're trying to survive as a business during covid and follow safety protocols, but damn... we almost left because it was so strong. Other than that, drinks, food, service, atmosphere... thumbs up and we'll surely be back.

I have been to many sushi restaurants. This one didn't feel right to me. I get the feeling that sashimi is not popular here. I ordered the sushi roll and sashimi combo. Sashimi was a little on the dry side. I decided to give them another try and went back couple days later. This time I ordered spicy roll and phat Thai. This was better. The service is excellent, they do a great job with the rolls. Maybe next time I will try teppanyaki.

Typical of your everyday hibachi experience, Kazumi delivers a solid dining and entertainment experience. There wasn't really anything different about the menu or the type of gimmicks that Kazumi does different from literally every other place like this that I've been. The nice thing.. there aren't many restaurants like this in the area, so knowing the experience is the same as other cities across the US is a little comforting. The environment, menu and prices are almost the exact same everywhere and this wasn't any different.

Other than the tight seating, we had an amazing experience. Plus the food was pretty darn good. I would definitely come back. Just a heads up, if it is a busy night don't expect to be able to continue to sit after the cooking show is complete. They subtly try to rush you to clear out so they can seat the next group.

All around amazing experience. Our chef was a blast! The food was great and I'm a frequent hibachi eater and this is one of my top hibachi experiences. Their house salad dressing was delicious. I ordered the crispy spicy sushi roll as an appetizer. It was good, not great. I got the chicken, filet and lobster hibachi and it was delicious. They give you a ton off food. I left extremely full and took a to-go box!

Just so so tonight...we usually eat at (and enjoy) the hibachi, but chose the dining room tonight. My general tso was advertised as white meat...there was almost no meat, and it wasn't white! My kid's pad Thai was reported as "okay", and my wife's mango chicken was "different, but not again".
We'll be back, but to the hibachi side only...

We were originally headed to Wok and Roll in Spring Lake but they were closed! So after much sadness, Yelp showed us there was nothing to fear with Kazumi reasonably close by to fulfill our sushi wants.
For a Saturday night they weren't terribly busy, we were seated right away and the dining space is nicely separated from the hibachi so you are insulated from most of the noise. Our server was friendly and attentive, plenty of refills and we needed a few things like extra chopsticks.
