More than 3 in 10 households in the United States report that at least one person has served as an unpaid family caregiver within the last 12 months.* Yet, so many caregivers feel alone and isolated. It can be difficult to talk about your feelings about caregiving with your loved one or other family members.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT is a short-term, problem-focused form of behavioral treatment that helps people see the difference between beliefs, thoughts and feelings, and free them from unhelpful patterns of behavior. CBT is grounded in the belief that it is a person's perception of events - rather than the events themselves - that determines how he or she will feel and act in response.

People come to counseling for many different reasons. But, the gift counseling can give most people is to smile when they wake up in the morning and feel happiness and contentment during their day. Counseling is a confidential conversation between the counselor and client where the client feels safe enough to fully share what is going on in his or her life.
Do you and your partner argue a lot? Has one partner been unfaithful through an affair, online relationship, use of pornography, or other breach of trust? Do money issues create tension at home? Are you repeating a destructive pattern from a former relationship? Do you disagree about children or stepchildren?

My place of work recommended this place after I lost my dad. I’ve tried for two months between calling and using the web submission. They never pick up, call me back, or respond to the web submissions.

I can’t really rate this business because I was unable to make an appointment. After three phone voicemails and an email to them with no return call, I’m moving on.

Absolutely love this place, and the difference they made to my life and continue to make for others. Diana is one of the greatest humans I’ve ever met, she is so kind and talented at what she does. Locations are nice and convenient, their hours make it so easy for the working person. BCC thank you for changing my life.

I cannot recommend this group.
I saw Mollie Sluss 6 or 7 times to help me with my car anxiety. Ms. Sluss said I was making improvements then discontinued our counseling relationship, charging me the full $115.00 during the session wherein she told me could not assist me due to my ADD (which she was made aware of at first session).
I was also told by this counseling group that they would not file with Medicare(I also had Blue Cross) .
