TCM, Traditional Chinese Medicine, encompasses Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxabustion, and Chinese Herbal Prescription. Acupuncture, commonly misspelled accupuncture, is an ancient 'alternative' medical practice used for many various acute and chronic conditions.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM and Oriental Medicine) is an ancient medical system based on a deep understanding of the laws and patters of nature applying them to the human body and Psyche.The intention of TCM is to diagnose and treat illness at the root; keeping the body's meridians and organ systems free flowing and balanced is imperative for the bodies self regulating actions to occur.
The greatest mistake in the treatment of diseases is that there are physicians for the body and physicians for the soul, although the two cannot be separated. Massage, Bodywork & Energy work such as Reiki is a way of communicating with the physical body, emotional and energetic body to promote balanced homeostasis.
Intuition may be defined as 'an act or faculty of knowing or sensing without the use of rational processes or immediate cognition' or 'a natural ability to know something without any proof or evidence'. Intuition as: What is your 'gut feeling' or how many times have you thought of someone and then they called or you heard news of them.

At Spirit Walk we focus on what works for you; mainly we use breathing and movement meditation, guided meditation and awareness as a significant adjunct to your healing therapies.
