Dr. Chapman earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Vermont and his advanced Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Howard University. He completed his professional residency program at Faxton St. Lukes Hospital in upstate New York where he gained extensive experience in all aspects of comprehensive dental care.

Today was my first visit to Toothsome Dental, and I was very impressed! The office is extremely clean and organized. Each and every employee is very professional, very knowledgeable, and very nice. In a day and age where there is so much uncertainty, it's wonderful to find this great group of people!

A warm, welcoming and professional dental practice. From the front desk to actual procedures, the service is outstanding. I like how Dr. Chapman first asked what I wanted, what were my objectives, and then after his examination, layed out a plan to meet or get as close as possible to my objectives.

It was a wonderful experience. I found the website and initially scheduled an appointment for my ten year old son. He enjoyed his experience so much l scheduled an appointment for myself. My son loved having the tv on the ceiling and being able to listen and watch one of his favorite cartoons while he visited the dentist. It was relaxing and put him at ease. His visit was over before he knew it. The staff are personable, polite and really care about their patients. It was great customer service all around. Great job Toothsome!!! We have found a keeper!!!

Toothsome Dental is the best place to come for quality service and the experience will be everlasting. I was searching for a new dentist for my children. Appointment scheduling was extremely easy and the front desk receptionist answered all of my questions. My daughter immediately felt comfortable when she met Dr.Chapman. Nonetheless, we've found our new dentist! He was very patience and provided reassurance. All of the employees are professional and the location is absolutely immaculate. Dr. Chapman and staff ensures that all customers are satisfied and provides knowledge about dental hygiene

Office was very clean and had a warning atmosphere. From the time I was greeted until the time I departed, I felt very at ease (and I hate dentists). My hygienist was very thorough and did not rush through my initial exam. She was sensitive to my issues and concerns. And as always Dr. Shannon was pleasant, understanding and made my exam very comfortable. She listened to my concerns and is proactive with my treatment plan. Definitely recommend you visit Toothsome!

I had an amazing first experience at Toothsome Dental! I am a new resident to the area, and needed a new dentist . The staff is friendly and I was extremely impressed when I was offered headphones and a remote to select a show to watch on the the ceiling TV! The television TV made my routine cleaning appointment very relaxing. I felt very informed about each step during the appointment and the options that were available to me. I was missing a tooth and needed a dental implant. I went to a few dental offices for consultations, but I didn’t really have faith that those dentists would do a great job. I was referred here by a coworker who has a great fear of dentists. She had gotten her implant retained dentures done here an she had nothing negative to say about this office. She looks like a completely different person. She looks great!! I decided to give this office a try! I’m so happy I did. I came in for a consultation and was able to get the implant placed the next week. The process is complete and I’m so happy

The staff and service were outstanding. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The staff explained everything in detail. The doctor took time to explain the procedure step by step. Not once did I feel rushed, each person took as much time as needed to provide an awesome experience. It was almost painless!
At the end of my visit, the doctor and assistant helped me to chart my dental course to improve my overall health.
