I was in a tough situation with a car in need of repair while away from home. (The issue turned out to be a spark plug and components around it.) Shawn is the best customer service auto shop I've ever been to! He took the time to discuss all of the issues with me. They saved the bad parts to show me what was wrong when my repair was done. He kept the lines of communication open long after my car was fixed to ensure I had no further issues. Oh yeah, and the repair was great too!

After getting some new tires and a alignment my truck drives better than ever. They were knowledgeable about steering and suspension on my Dodge and they did a REAL alignment to the exact specifications that I asked for, not the quick “toe and go” that you get from a big chain tire store. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for quality automotive service.

Just wanted to acknowledge another wonderful local business here in town! Shawn and sons went out of there way to fix my vehicle within an hour as I really needed to be at work but really needed it fixed. May I add that he charged me substantially cheaper than I was quoted at another business. He was patient as I described the sounds it was making and he took his time out to even explain to me why it had the problems it had. Once again thank you!
