My name is Jon Miller and I am a Realtor, Loan Officer and Real Estate Investor. If you can't tell, I love homes! I graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management with a desire to work around homes and. I love working with buyers and sellers and helping them find just the right property for them.
I also love helping individuals and families obtain a mortgage or refinance their mortgage to help them save money. Along with helping others with their real estate dreams I have a few of my own. I remodel homes but don't call myself a flipper. I enjoy making a home shine and not just putting makeup on a pig.

Jon and the team at Lets Buy Utah Real Estate were phenomenal. Jon was incredibly patient with us through both our house buying and selling process. He gave us a vision of what our home could become, and we're so proud of the final result. When the time came for us to move, we were under a tight deadline to sell our house and move across the country. Jon made sure everything went off without a hitch, and we sold the house for more than I would have ever expected.

I chose Jon as my realtor because I knew I could completely trust him. He didn't start doing this to make a quick buck. He is passionate about homes, remodeling, finding great deals, and good design. As you look at homes, he can help you get the vision of what it could be. He can also see the issues you may have with each home. You will not regret working with Jon.

As first time home buyers we had many, many (and I mean many) questions and he always took the time to answer them all-and still does if we need him! Jon is the best! He makes buying or selling a house so easy! He helped us out with every little detail and he had the answers for everything that we didn’t understand. John Miller is an amazing and professional realtor and all-around amazing person. He is incredibly responsive (shows up with little notice, engages super will with the seller's, negotiating, etc.) So helpful and comforting for a first time buyer. For instance, he has a construction management background, so he can give you helpful guidance in re-imagining a space and what it might even cost. He has the highest standard of integrity. He's also incredibly kind, down-to-earth, and fun person to be around. After working with him, I just wanted to be his friend and hangout. No joke. You'll love working

Jon has to be one of the best realtors around. He goes above and beyond to help you find the right property for you, and provides very helpful advice regarding renovations, no matter how big or small. We used him as our realtor and found the perfect house. A year later we refinanced and used Jon for that as well. With both, typically very complicated experiences, Jon helped us along the entire way, making the process as painless as possible. I will never use another realtor and could not recommend him more highly.
