Lofts at Worthington is a 5 star luxury living experience! Starting with the property manager, Lorine. She has gone above and beyond her job responsibilities to ensure my loft was prepared for my arrival. The conditions of the space exceeded my expectations. The location is convenient; close to shops, restaurants, and lovely hiking trails. I highly recommend, Lofts at Worthington. Top notch security and tons of parking.

Luxury living with great proximity to Lancaster! The Lofts at Worthington is a top notch community with many great benefits: spacious apartments, pleasant common areas, a fitness center, fountain, walking trails and wonderful places to eat. The other residents are friendly and the staff is responsive!

Best place to live in Lancaster!!! Absolutely loved my experience at the Lofts. Excellent management team who took care of all of my needs in a very timely fashion. If there were any maintenance concerns, they were taken care of immediately. I was so pleased with my time at the Lofts. So nice to live somewhere that is walking distance to local restaurants. The best part was the walking trail. My husband and I would walk there every evening. I would recommend it to anyone!

While the apartments are spacious and look nice, many of the details are not what you would expect at this price point -hallway painting is only partially completed, staircases are unfinished, and fixtures and appliances in the apartments are very basic. Responsiveness from the staff varies significantly -sometimes I've received responses within 24-hours, and other times it has taken up to two weeks.

Take my advice and do not live here. For advertising as luxury apartments these are the cheapest built places I have ever been. You hear your neighbors every move. The tenants above stomp and jump all over the apartment at all hours. I can literally hear conversations from the restaurant below. The floor stinks of cigarette smoke and there has been trash just left in the stairwell for months. I have talked with management numerous times which they have shown no intent on finding a resolution to these problems. They are lazy and do not want to deal with conflict. My husband and I visited over 15 apartment complexes before deciding on "The Lofts at Worthington." The atmosphere and design are more like a home than an apartment. Always a quick response to questions/requests. Close to shopping and major roadways, as well as several walkways and parks. The elevator is definitely a plus. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

First off i just want to say everyone should experience living in these apartments! Very quiet, clean and nice! All apartments are secured buildings so if you don't rent here you can't get in, which is awesome. Ann V., (renting agent) was able to do everything I asked before I even moved in! If you want a luxury apartment that's it close to many different restaurants, shops, and also in a central location this is where you want to go!!
