DCL Productions is a San Francisco based professional screen printing and embroidery shop. Over the past decade we have had the honor of serving the San Francisco/Bay Area small business, start-up and nonprofit community as well as well known and established corporations with all their t-shirt and custom screen printing needs.

Patches are a great way to promote your company, team, school, club or organization. Let us manufacture your custom patches and get the high quality look of direct embroidery without the high cost. We offer embroidered, digital printed, and woven patches. It is not necessary to submit professional artwork.
Appliques are taking decorative materials and then applying down to garments via needlework or heat transfer. We offer specialty applications such as tackle twill applique and vinyl transfer, most popularly seen on sports jerseys, varsity jackets, and quilts. This method adds an overall creative touch to garments.

I had two jersey orders that the DCL Productions completed. I was amazed at the professional work they did for me. I was more than satisfied with the work. You need to see this for yourselves. When you do I believe you will realize this is the place. You will not have to look any more. Now, I am not one of their employees. I am not one of their family members. I am a customer. Nothing wrong with the quality of their production work in my experience - I really enjoyed working with the account rep when I first started to use this business in 2015, I think her name was Denise. She went out of her way to be incredibly helpful and was professional to a T. She left shortly thereafter and I was then turned over to Johnathon who did little to hide his dissatisfaction that my company was growing when I would contact him to place new orders over the years.

I would give DCL Productions 7 stars if I could. First of all, the work itself was top-notch, delivered ahead of time, and the most affordable of the four custom embroidery quotes I received. Ris was an absolute rockstar with communication and executing my vision for monogrammed handkerchiefs for the gentlemen in my wedding. Chris, the owner, offhandedly asked how many guests we were expecting, and I broke down crying because I'd heard one of my few cousins due to attend tragically died this morning. He was extremely empathic and compassionate. The personal care he's put into his business

Great work. Easy to work with altho times a bit slow in the email response. They embroidered lots of different things for us, and have pretty fast turn around.
I tried to get a logo embroidered on a hat. Other companies told me I couldn't get the logo that small and still cleanly done, but DCL did it! Highly recommend.

I recently had a very good experience with DCL Productions. We needed some sweatshirts with our logo embroidered on the arm, and we were working within a very tight time frame. Awesome team and service. I went to three different shops in the city and no one could do the work except for DCL. I worked directly with Jonathan, who was awesome, and they got my project done in a short timeline. Highly recommend them. They are clearly experts, work efficiently, communicate clearly, and do really high quality detailed work.

Just picked up jackets we got embroidered at DCL and they did an amazing job. The stitching is really clean and match our colors perfectly. They also made sure the inside looks as nice as possible on thin fabric.
Ris was super fast at sending a quote and very responsive. We received tons of proofs for approval with nice photos and she was quick at making edits. Turn around was fast and no headaches whatsoever. They do everything in house and locally in SF.
Will definitely use again for small and large orders.

Owner didn't like that I mentioned other shops other prices and some examples of my finished product which was understandable but odd because he did ask me was I getting some stuff at Camputee done then assumed firmly my hats I showed him were not embroidered and was a patch until I told them I have the hats in hand and their embroidered bro... *response "oh" Then went on telling me how loyal and real he is to his customers and that he don't want to be used yadayada... cool good for you. First time getting something embroidered, way less stressful than I had anticipated thanks to these guys. Needed 7 shirts for work by the end of the week. Called and spoke with Jonathan and he ever so patiently explained the process and assured me this would be no problem. I dropped off my shirts, I asked about getting some t's from them, he got them shipped to their facility and embroidered all in time for me to use at my conference. Funny thing was that I saw my colleagues shirts that were embroidered in LA and DCL's work was way cleaner. Much love to you guys, especially Jonathan

I found out on a Wednesday night that I needed a bunch of stuff embroidered and ready by the next Monday. Called DCL, and Karla and the team fit the work in despite being booked out well beyond the date I needed it. They pick up the phone every time, they do super high quality work, and I am hugely thankful.

DCL is great! The whole process was seamless - I called for more info and was told I could come in same day with the artwork/jackets. They turned the order around very quickly despite the holiday season (I brought the jackets in 2 days before Christmas). There was a small issue but they handled it extremely well and accommodated all of my requests. The embroidery looks great even on super thick sweater/fleece fabric. Would definitely come back to DCL for all future embroidery needs!

DCL is the absolute best for custom embroidery in SF. I came to them with a hand drawn logo and a bunch of hats that I needed done in a couple days. And boy did they deliver. The logo ended looking awesome and the hats were done in about 24hrs. This place is the real deal and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get some custom work done.

I found DCL here on yelp when I was in need of getting some work shirts embroidered for my shop. After doing a little research I gave DCL a call and spoke with Carlos about what I needed. After I got a quote from Carlos I headed over, dropped of some shirts and the the artwork for my logo. He quickly checked it out, and emailed me a quote for the pieces I needed done but was also conscientious enough to let me know that if I supplied him with 3 more shirts I would go down the pay scale for the $/garment charge.
