I have been to several dentists in Nashville and am so impressed with Tiny Town Dental. Worth the drive from Nashville. From check-in to finish everyone was so friendly and professional. Sherry was a wonderful hygienist for my cleaning.
Dr Katherine Ham was fantastic and explained everything to me in a way I understood. She eased my mind on several problems I had. Definitely my new dental office!

I got invisalign to fix the many spaces in my teeth. I started December 2020 and I just finished my last set about 2 weeks ago, and I absolutely love the outcome. First, it took less than a year to get my "perfect" smile and Second Dr. Abby really helped me with a lot. I was supposed to be done in February, but Dr. Abby told me I may need to do a few more months so it could be the way I liked it. At first I was like oh nooo😂 , but I'm happy to have a Dentist who tells me right and wrong. And now that I am finally done, I am happy I listened to her opinion. Thank you Dr. Abby and all of the staff

I do not recommend this business. Although the customer service was excellent, the work is shotty. They fixed several of my teeth some time ago. Afterwards, I could not floss because the floss would get stuck in between my teeth where they did a terrible job on making sure my teeth were smooth in between each other. I went back a couple times to have them fix things but it was still bad. Just a lot of jagged edges. Recently, I tried to floss and when I did the floss once again got stuck and pulled a filling out. It left a huge hole on the back of my tooth which is now abscessed. Now I’m going

UPDATE: I spoke with an office rep and she was very sweet. She apologized for my experience and explained they were working with my insurance to correct the issue. It appears we are on the path of fixing this and I appreciate the apology and steps made.
UPDATE: I cannot respond back to your comment. I would appreciate it, if you responded back to United Concordia on my grievance so I can get a new crown and promote my dental health. I will also remove this review should this be corrected.
I would not recommend going here for a crown. It appears that others have had the same issue. I got a crown

I cannot say enough good things about Tiny Town Dental and it’s entire staff. Dr. Katie Ham is my primary dentist and Kayla Cobb, my primary dental hygienist for at least five years now. Dr. Ham is highly skilled and works as quickly and pain free as possible. I’ve had root canal, crowns, front tooth filling, a high quality partial made and fitted, regular cleanings, even teeth whitening done in office. All to 100% satisfaction. Thank you Tiny Town Dental for keeping me smiling!

After having a problem where treatment had to be completed by Dr. Kathryn Ham, owner/operator of Tiny Town Dental, I visited today. Having been a patient of Dr. Ham's, I never fear anything she might suggest. Her shots, dental procedures, and her bedside manners are excellent.
With every visit, she creates a Treatment Plan, thoroughly explains the purpose, adds what the insurance will pay, and owes after the insurance. There is never a hidden charge/fee, as she thoroughly explains why for everything she and her team do.
And today was another wonderful experience.

Wonderful staff; however, lacking in being informative during my procedure. A lady came in to give me anesthesia and didn't even introduce herself. I thought she was the dentist and come to find out she a dental hygienist with anesthesia license. I didn't find that out until I began to ask questions. Then when the dentist came in she didn't introduce herself either. Instead of them explaining to me what was being done, I had to keep asking. That's the only thing I didn't like. We have been going here for over 2 years now. My only recommendation would be for them

This dental office isn't what my family expected. The dentist wouldn't stop and speak to my wife and answer her questions. The dentist kept pushing her off onto the assistant hygienist. Very unprofessional in my opinion. My son was then seen by the same dentist and low and behold he now has 7 cavities since his last check up with Doctor Deeds 7 months before. I don't by it, won't be going back to the place. The bill would have been over 1000.00 dollars. I think I'll try look elsewhere

This is a wonderful dental clinic, they always are so friendly and my hygienist that I see normally has a lovely personality that makes you feel your surrounded by friends not at a dentist office! They even have tv's and let you control the remote if you want to watch something else while your being cleaned! Love how they have he clinic set up, feels like individual booths so you don't feel like the entire office is watching you with your mouth wide open! Love it here!

This was a terrible experience. I went in for a cleaning and they did not do it. I've been to a dentist for years on schedule and am only a couple months late since I moved from MO. They gave me an potential invoice for $3,500 for nothing I asked for and am highly suspicious of even having problems. When I tried to submit to them a request for the cleaning I initially asked for they refused. I guess the capitalist system will work against them in this case. My money and my family's dentist needs will be going elsewhere.

Let me start off by saying I actually liked it here. Everyone was super nice. They did get a little snotty over the phone sometimes but you can look past stuff like that. My only problem with the office is instead of fixing issues they would rather tell u not to come back. I was in pain and did not agree with a treatment from the doctor. Of course people are not always going to agree with each other. Instead of trying to see what we could do differently, or calling to see how I was feeling afterwards I get a letter saying she will no longer see me and I needed to find treatment else where. Too

I don't mind going to the dentist unless it was that one time when I had a cavity... anyway, this was my first visit to Tiny Town. Making the appointment was easy and the receptionist was friendly. I didn't know how quickly I could get in and was surprised that I didn't have to wait weeks before they could do my cleaning.
I went in about 15 minutes before my 8 am appointment on Monday Nov 30. The office is clean, bright and welcoming- one of the nicer ones I've been to. I didn't have to wait long before the hygienist greeted me and took me back for my cleaning.
